We accept returns for defective and non-defective products your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our Return window is 3 days and In-store.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed.

Refund processing time is 7 Business days
This is the amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item bring your item to our Store at Mozzartbet building, Ronald Ngala Street Nairobi.

We do not charge any fee for exchanging your product.

Shipping Region: Powerworld Enterprises delivers exclusively within Kenya. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing & Handling Time

• Our handling time is 0 days, meaning that once your order is placed before our cut-off time, it will be prepared for delivery on the same day.
• Orders are fulfilled Monday to Saturday. Sundays and or public holidays are Excluded.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +03:00, East Africa Time) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

We offer Drop-off point deliveries as our standard delivery option. However, a custom option such as Door-step delivery or specific courier service can be arranged upon request to our customer service

Kindly note that delivery fee is charged per order.

Delivery Charges: A flat rate of Ksh. 1,200 is charged for all orders.

Delivery Days

• Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
• No shipments will be made on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times

• Since we offer same-day processing and fast delivery, most customers will receive their orders on the same day. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Transit Time

• Shipping transit time within Kenya is typically between 0 to 1 day, depending on your location.
• Please note that certain remote areas may experience longer times.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking details via email or SMS. You can track your order in real-time to monitor its progress.

Powerworld Enterprises and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Powerworld Enterprises , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
