We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that We also accept Exchanges.
Our Return window is 3 days and In-store.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed.
Refund processing time is 7 Business days
This is the amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item bring your item to our Store at Mozzartbet building, Ronald Ngala Street Nairobi.
We do not charge any fee for exchanging your product.
